MLB should have wised up and given Texas the late game

This whole New York primetime thing needs to stop. There would have been nothing wrong with giving the Yankees a late afternoon or even early evening game and giving the Rangers the late game. Instead they give the Yankees an 8:37 game and now this series is screwed.

I assume that the yanks game was more popular than the rangers game. 8:30 EST is 7:30 CST, 6:30 MST, and 5:30 PST. It was the perfect time to make sure that the maximum number of people could watch the game across the country.

Right and I get that but I remember the Yankees played their nlds game 1 during the day a few years ago against the twins when they had Johan. 6 and 9 would have worked.
