        Ok funds were transferred. I called back to claim the 20% bonus on new accounts, and the lady was very rude in explaining about it!

        Can someone clarify this:

        The amount of your reward is based on 20% of your first deposit. The deposit must be made using one of the following funding methods within the corresponding dollar range:
        Deposits up to $2,000

        * Person to Person Money Transfers
        * Money Order
        * Sportsbook Transfer

        So 5x rollover and then they put the bonus in?

        Am I able to withdrawal any funds before the rollover if I must for some reason?

            No she said you get the bonus after the rollover is completed.

            I just want to know if I can void the bonus at any point, if I decide I want to withdrawal before the rollover!?

              I believe 5Dimes bonus comes as a free play. You have to do the rollover first then get a free play. That is how it was last year when I got a bonus,

                Ok..do you know if you had the option to receive a payout before the rollover, even if that meant voiding the freeplay bonus??

                  I am not sure but I would think if you receive a payout it would void the bonus.

                  I met my rollover and cashed the free play , I was lucky.

                  You should put into consideration what your free play is and remember you still have to win it to collect. Sometimes it may not be worth the risk to complete a 5 time rollover. If you were to get up more than the free play would be worth it could be wise to cash out and void the bonus.

                      Keep in mind blittyduece that there is still a 1x rollover at any of the good books for any book to book transfer you do. You have to rollover the amount of your transfer at least 1x before you can get that money out. It is a standard industry requirement at all the top notch books. A lot of people dont realize this and get mad when they cant get their money out even though they refused all bonuses.

                      It is a fair policy IMHO. It protects the books from people abusing their processing methods.

                                True. Two exceptions are Wsex and The Pig, but only when you open an account (not on re-ups).
