Crazyl, I have downloaded the software and it tells me this after I run it. This is your first time playing Blah, blah do you wish to create an account? I choose yes and it tells me:

You will be redirected to adminstrative website for account creation. I click OK and it sends me back to the Bookmaker Home page.

Don't create an account, just log into the poker software with your Bookmaker account name and password.

Sounds like some kind of random PC glitch. I'd try on a different browser, either Firefox/or IE and see if that works.

OK lets try to trouble shoot and I'll have that specific error code relayed to the Bookmaker guys.

When you try to download the software, are you logged out and clicking Poker, or are you logged in? If logged out, try logging in, vice versa.

Tried both. First couple times, not logged in. Then did it while logged in... Same problem both times.

rjt , try to download the poker site on 5dimes. If it works then try to log in using BM id and password.

I already have 5dimes' poker software installed on my computer. Will see if that works.

rjt I emailed the Bookmaker guy we're coordinating with to see if he can provide a fix here as well, I'm unsure what this error could be, hopefully Pokernutss suggestion works.

Maybe if I uninstall the 5dimes software and then try to download Bookmaker's? Don't see why having both would be a problem, though.

Doubt it will let you have it downloaded twice , uninstall and reinstall should work.
