This scenario actually happend (11 years ago but really happened).

Reno trip with three buddies. About 11:15 pm on a Sat night a few weekends after school started, $5 crap table an the El Dorado, kind of slow only; about 5 people at the table (including me and one of my buddies, a classic manwhore dirtbag type). I started with $100 and my stack was dwindling. Then this big black dude (big as in like buff as fuk, had to be 6'4" and 280) comes up dressed to the nines; custom tailored suit, leather shoes, gold sunglass rims with two fine looking slammin babes. Dude goes on a very nice run. I had like $20 left and by the time he was done I was sitting on a little over $6,500; my buddy, being more conservative was up to about $4,200. The brother made a killing as when he started he was betting nickels. I have no idea who the guy was, neither did anyone at the table.

Anyways, after about an hour and half to two hours. He threw the dealers a few $500 chips, thanked everyone, lifted his hat to the applause we all gave him and walked away. I took that as my cue to quit as well. As we were walking away my buddy wanted to go blow it on the tables and hookers.

Whereas I, I saw a very nice trip to Europe sitting in my hands.

So the question is: Do you go blow it on the tables and hookers or take an 8 week trip around Europe?

Ok. So anyways. We went to the bar and my buddy, we'll call him Manwhore. So Manwhore says "let's go talk about this, this needs a plan and I've got a good one, hear me out." Now let me just say this cat is very magnetic. People (espcially the females) were totally drawn to him. Charismatic to the Nth power.

His plan was we both take $2,500 each. Get the nicest hookers we can find for $500 each for the rest of the night, get the best room we could for no more than $1K per night and just party it up. We had plenty of doobage (grown ourselves thank you). I figured what the heck, party it up with my boy. I'll still have enough for a decent trip. We get a room, a high roller suite and go to the hotel bar, give the bartender $50 and ask for a "reference" He makes about 9 calls and within 30 minutes there are 8 girls in the bar. He points them out and we choose the ones we want. I walked up to the one that appealed to me, introduced myself and made a little small talk Before I could say much he comes up to with two on his arm and said let's get this going. My choice said we're working it out. He said "nickel for night and you get him dirty." She said fine. So we go up to the room. First thing he says, "you're all gettin paid for the night, but right now, nobody's working. Let's just have some fun, we're cool dudes. We're going back out in about 30 minutes." So we start rolling a few. One of them joined in then about 10 minutes later another joined (both were his girls, mine was business the whole way).

So I'm rolling and lightin', Manwhore is working his schtick. Playing guitar singin limerics and making up dirty songs about each one (both his were into it and really making an effort to have fun). So we go back down to the craps tables as we both agreed to gamble away at least $500. As soon as we hit the table he gets the dice. He let his ladies roll and roll they did. Went on a nice run. We were both up quite a bit, stacks of blacks. We stopped after about an hour and both of us cashed with over $3,000 each. At this point, he asks the girls if they had some friends who want the same deal. His of course said yes (that's just how he is, fun dude to be around and things just always flow for him). Mine said no, so he handed her $500 and he said something to effect of, "Don't you know how to have fun on the job? You bore me so much I'll pay $500 to just make you go away!" (not an exact quote but pretty close to how I remember it). So the girls called up some of their "acquaintances"; and four more girls showed up. All with the same deal. It turns out his two girls were friends and when he talked to one she said make it $800 and you can have us both. I mean, if your nickname is manwhore are you really turning that one down? :-)

Manwhore's plan had now morphed. His plan was to find our other two friends and send a hooker to go pick up on them. We finally found them and sent two of the girls over. Told them to hang with 'em for a little bit then bring them back to the room. We went back to the room and started the festivities. After about 10 minutes Manwhore has got his two on the bed taking turns on him. One of the other two look and me and say, "we're on the clock you want that or you want to sit." Now for Manwhore this no big deal, but I just wasn't good at being a player (average looking on my good day). I knew I wasn't a stud who could pleasure two girls but I gave it my best shot anyways. But I certainly got mine! At this point our buddies come in with the other girls and before they can even figure out what the hell is going on, the girls are doing their job on them. So afterwards. We are just sitting around telling the story, sharing jokes and Manwhore is doing his schtick. We invited them all to breakfast. We had gotten the room for another night and just decided to chill enjoying our good fortune. The next night four of them came back (for free to hang out, sex was still extra and all four got paid, I got one of Manwhore's girls). An AWESOME trip indeed.

Anyways, we got home and Manwhore bragged about how his two were coming to visit him. Anyways, Manwhore said he wanted to do Europe, too, so we started planning it. I still had more left over than him but for his absolute genius that weekend I just threw all the money into the shared pot. So three weeks after the trip we had one of our famous keggers at the house we rented (live in a college town, kegerator and a pool table in the garage). And his two girls showed up. They heard us talking about the trip and said they had been talking about doing the same thing. So we told them our agenda and said they would like to make it a group tirp if he didn't mind. We told them we were hosteling it and they said that was how they were going to do it as well. So anyways. We all went to Europe. We did London, Edinburough, Dublin (and Cork, as Manwhore wanted to kiss the blarney stone, which totally wasn't needed), France, Munich (love that place), Rome, Venice, Barcelona and Madrid. He had his two and I just had to meet them at the hostels as I went (the girls were a big help with this).

That was probably one of the best years of my life. His two girls came to visit once every 6-8 weeks (yes both of them, always together and both just for him although I did get a discount offer once or twice from them, probably at his insistance, which I only took up once).

I owe it all to Manwhore. Sad to say, he died two years later (cancer). And the girls even came for the funeral. That's just the type of dude he was. I know, I'm bringing this great story down. But it's not. Cuz that fukker lived dude. Every minute. Today is the day I remember my buddy and let the world know how absolutely frickin awesome the dude was. I'd say one of kind but really, we all have probably met or hang with someone like him.

Were it not for him, I wouldn't have lived that trip the way it played out, and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!
