I use to bet in bet 365 but thay do what ever thay want.
I placed a bet of 1000GBP@2.5 on over 4 corners in the game 21-7-2008 RoPS v KuPS Kuopio (Total Corners).the nomber of corners in the time i placed the bet was 1 corner in the game.
I put the bet and it take 15 second after my bet was accepeted!! and for my good(or not) lucky in the time I placed the bet 2 corners one after one in 30 sec game was in the game, the bet was accepted and I felt very good.
After the game over ( with 8 corners)I saw my bet became VOID because thay told me my bet placed after the 2 and 3 corners was known.
I have a chat screept wit CS and he gave me the exact time of the corners:
Alex R: 1st: 17:19:31
Alex R: 2nd: 18:15:33
Alex R: 3rd: 18:15:43
Alex R: 4th: 18:22:10
Alex R: 5th: 18:37:47.
Alex R: 6th: 18:40:12
Alex R: 7th: 18:42:24.
Alex R: 8th: 18:46:32.
My bet placed in the 18:15:21 uk time.
If we take the time Its take to my bet to accept (15 sec)
this is a 27 sec before the time of the corner nomber 2.
when I told supervisor about the time issue he told me that this is the wrong time and alex was mistake.
In my chat with alex he told me that the time for the 2 and 3 corners is the late!! time of count the corners( and it is very good for my kase and fasten my claim).
I talked with daniel the supervisor but nothing go.
befor I giveup and go to SBR I told them even in the kase the second corner was known I at least have to pay with the correct price( let say 1.8) and he didnt want to give me.
I will be happy If SBR can help me to get my win.
