    He/she (she... ) probably isnt known because he wants to cap for himself. Not helping the public would mean more funds for the books where he would want to take his winnings from without any hassle in "hard times".

            Its tuff to say..what kinda of sample size are you looking at? Over the past year, 5 years, 10 years...what percentages would be acceptable as being "The Best"...What are the average picks that hit (dogs or favs)

              All around pal. NHL NBA MLB NFL TENNIS GOLF FUTBOL CHESS ETC ETC.

              Weather conditions, injuries, offense, defense, time of day, refs, strength of schedule, must win games, etc etc

              All factors taken into consideration, which capper can sway one way or another based on a handicap not listed above in the obvious. Who is best at this?
