Action,no action for pitcher scratches,why not forQB,RB,Goalie,star player scratches?

I always wondered why sportsbooks don't expand their action,no action policy to other sports where certain players that would late scratch after a bet was placed much earlier are every bit as important to the bettor as a pitcher scratching?

Am I dumb stupid on this one or would there be a niche for a sportsbook to do this out of courtesy and customer service to bettors to lure them into playing at their book?Have a designated superstar scratch policy on certain players?

Because the baseball betting line is based at least 80 percent on starting pitching, while lines in other sports are more "team" oriented.
