The Cardinals overcame Larussas incessant "overmanaging", by playing the easiest schedule during the month of Sept.

Do not worry. Larussa can not help himself, and he will put his team in bad spots during the playoffs.

said this many times before...a chimp could manage an mlb team... most overpaid and useless title in sports...the owner buys the best players they can get ...how fukking hard is it to put the best pitchers on the mound and send the best batters to the plate...

... i can see a need for some management early in the season to figure out the best performers, but cmon, its pretty much a useless job that gets entirely too much pressure and publicity

LOL, right. You guys didn't do shit, the braves gave it to you by playing 15 games under .500 in September. Congralations, on being an okay good team that made the playoffs and is about to get swept by Philly.

LaRusa is a jackass, and has had a lot of player problems, you guys just had to trade away one of your young prospects in Rasmus because of problems he had with him. Larusa tries to play his dumbass little mind games, and has done it vs. the brewers for years now. This year he acted like a bitch now, because we kicked the cards ass to take that huge division lead basically saying we were cheating in every way possible, getting signs in from someone, and making the video board birght/dim depending on who is up at bat, i forgot what other dumb shit he said. Oh yeah, he was bitching that we were pitching pooh-holes inside, and we completely owned him in 85 percent of the games this year, he had about a .100 Batting average.

I love how you think the Braves huge collapse proves La Rusa is a 'great coach' too. That is hilarious.

Exactly. Plus they are going up vs 2NL Cy young guys, and an Ace. Their fate is already sealed in my book. It would take a team with great pitching to match up vs them, and a great bullpen esp.
