I went to their site and clicked on the "open account" button, filled out the form and got a message to call an 800 number with a reference number to give them.

Did all this and spoke to a CS rep that told me they aren't accepting new players unless I get an existing member to refer me.

You really need to find someone to refer you. It is the best book by far. It is the only book I use. At one time I was using 4 different books over the years and now I just use them. Same day payouts no hassles and top notch service... I am sure you can find someone to hook you up.

No they aren't. Very old school book been around for a long time.
