Legends (SBR Rated A+) is located in Panama and is a very solid recreational book that uses the BLR Technologies software which some players don't really care for. Their lines a little vanilla and their limits are rather low however, they currently are in good standing in regards to payouts and rarely hear bad things about that subject.

Legends is decent. I personally prefer 5dimes because they do all the Legends does and more. 5dimes has more betting options. Reduced juice. Good luck!

I got a sneaky suspicion that it's a book that is backed by SBR. They just came out of now where and is really only touted here. From what I hear they are very good though. so who really cares. As long as they pay if you win that all that matters.

2. As for maximums... It depends on the bet type (sport, prop, etc.). Many have $1K max (until they cut you). Some have $500 max. Most props seems to have a $300 max.

For 5Dimes, the max is $500 for the discount (-105) lines. The guy who quoted $5K for major sports must be talking about for the regular dime lines (-110).
