I was reading your post and it seems like you were having issues at betus.com..

Whats wrong? maybe I can help you... I work for them... Seems like you dont have a dedicated manager handling your account. One of the first things you should do is get someone working in there that will solve your matters and make sure youre always satisfied... Thats where I come in.

If youre having problems with a payout maybe I can take a look at your acount details and holler at processing dept to speed this up. Did you get a bonus and rollover? Maybe you have not met your requierements yet... If you deposited with credit card, remember they requiere for you to send in a signed voucher, front and back of the credit card and copy of your liscense. This is only for security reasons. You dont want anyone else using your credit card.

I know it takes a bit for payouts to be delivered when you request check or bank wire, 5 to 10 days, most of the time less than that. We do have to set expectation at the most 10 days. When you deposit with moneygram we can send you a money gram within a day or 2. ** is last resort for us.

If you want to give me a shot, holler at me. I dont win anything by having you loose your money at the site. If you win, withdraw and get your money and are satisfied is better for me beause that will make you want to deposit more to win more and it helps me hit my monthly marks/goals they set at the office. My goal is to make you happy. If youre happy Im more than happy.

Allow a d- rated book to promote there book through PM's... I'm sorry but that just makes the SBR actions even more questionable...

This is ridiculous, who in their right mind would give their personal details to a complete stranger? If BetUS think contacting their clients on a message board in their leisure time is good buisness practice maybe they could post the personal home phone number of the manager of the processing Dept. so failed clients can call him at their own leisure.

Guys having problems with a payout in the other thread and the best he can do is say contact your account manager...guy's been waiting 5 weeks to get paid and this "employee" has done nothing.

Why let a d- book hang around and advertise/promote on your site/forums if he's suppose to be helping and isn't?

SBR staff, take another look at this. No way should the PM feature be used in this manner. Mine are turned off to avoid spamming. Never expected the books to be doing it. They musn't have much respect for SBR.

I wouldn't have a problem with it, if he was actually helping someone get a payout processed/fixed. This is not the case though. I think books that post here or have employees that post here should be B rated or higher. Just an opinion.

I think the problem is, it's so open to fraud and abuse it's a disaster waiting to happen, how would you know they were in fact legit?
