Soprano, no matter how well you cap this prop its going to be a -EV wager...

It is POSSIBLE to find value in any line regardless of the vig if the line is off. Naturally, it is much easier to find value with reduced juice, but that doesn't mean you can't find value at higher juice too (CW MLB run lines anyone?). In the example above, if you think fair price is -125, and a reduced juice book has -130/+120, the 30-cent line is actually better.
