How do you decipher public vs. Wise Guy movements? Does such a thing exist?

#4The most obvious wise guy movement is when the line moves in opposite direction of the higher percentage of bets. For example, if 65% of the public is on Yankees -150, and the line moves to -140, you know it wasn't the public driving the line.Comment -

#8Wise guy movement is early usually when a wrong line is posted.
Public money is usually late on a favorite.
It's not always the case but more times than not that's the way it is IMO.Comment -

#13InTheHole a good indicator might be something as simple as comparing a gradual line move; (lets say LAA -115 , -116 , -118) to a big jump like laa -115 to -122 or something..Comment -

Would you look to a particular book for that change? For example, Pinnacle or Bookmaker which would be more likely to service an experienced and sharp player?Comment -

#15I make alot of plays off of line movements. That is how I make money. I don't cap games I just use line movements. So good luck with figureing them out. Use the fade the public rule alot when there is ALOT of money on one team.If it seems to good to be true it usually is!!
