The producers, hate Sheen. Or at least have some sort of bias towards him, because he was such a ratings driver for them. There is a zero percent chance he comes back as a Ghost, unless Sheen goes on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, and gets off tiger blood and apologizes on national TV. Then maybe they might give him the shot of being a Ghost.
