MLB Series Thoughts

BetIslands has the Sox and Rays at -280 to win their final series of the regular season. I wouldn't touch the Rays, but I think the Sox will use the momentum from last night's win and and take at least 2 out of 3 in Baltimore. They will have Beckett and Lester both pitching, can't ask for much more. Sox win tonight IMO

pretty steep odds for a crumbling team playing on the road...and its possible the third game wont mean anything

and balty just took 3 of 4 last week in boston

True. Could also go the other way and take Balty/NYY and hope one wins the series for a nice profit

Red Sox are in horrible form, O's have owned them this month, and now they have to suddenly win a series on the road? Their ML is plummeting today. You'd be a fool to back Boston at this point.
