Extraordinarily ridiculous IMO. FOX is starting to control MLB. The 3:55 EDT aren't even available to watch online because FOX prohibits it. They control when we watch these games...and to top it off, they are the only reason the All-Star game counts for homefield.

I read an article where almost every MLB player thinks the idea is ludicrous that the winner of the All-Star game gets homefield....but FOX made sure that it does with MLB so that they can have better ratings b/c presumeably if it counts, then it must be important to watch.

Just another example of how giant corporations control everything in our lives. We can't even enjoy baseball anymore.....
