Have problem with certain offshore. Have lost about 25k in last year, most of it on casino all stupid at night after games are over. have requested bonus all the time, and the little casino manager is never there, or doesnt respond. To day I request a bonus on losses since 9/06/07, and they say here's 300, you need to respond within 24-48 hours after loss. I have never gotten a response. is this the norm. 25k. thought they would appreciate the business. any input would be great. thanks
