That is what I am thinking. I took Cinci (-7.5) for the game. That looks safe. I think that if NCST can keep from turning the ball over here, that they can cover the second half. I'm on NCST (+3.5).

not sure how motivated cinncy will be to score in the 2H. NC St. hasn't looked like they can move the ball very well. They had one broken tackle resulting in their only points. I don't trust them to score much more here... although I hope they do because I have the over

good indication right off the bat, refs don't call an obvious pass interference... 2H under is a good play... prob see a lot of holds and no calls where it would have benefited the offense... GL
