Ummmmm, I'm an NC State fan. TOB let him walk. Not sure where you got that RW was not running plays that were practiced. That wasn't the issue. TOB wanted RW at spring practice and when he stayed in Asheville TOB said he can come back as a back up to Glennon. He made the rules forcing RW to leave.
