I placed a bet on Ricco to beat Kreuziger in the Tour De France with Bet365. Yesterday, it was revealed that Ricco was a drugs cheat and was kicked out of the competition. Bet365 have ruled it as a loss on my count, as "he was a runner".
Do I have a case here? I think it's completely unfair to lose out because someone took drugs. I mean, how was I supposed to know?
