The Quebec police are probably the most corrupt organization in North America. There used to be one dealing drugs out of the trunk of his car from the various busts he went on. He would take a portion and then he used to page the schools primary dealer. We would all go smoke a spliff with him too. The thing about them is that they almost never go to jail. There is always an in house inquiry that never rats on its own.

The worst thing though was when there was a Haitian gang that was running a prostitution ring in our city. One of my classmates and her sister actually worked as whores for them and said they never had to worry because the police would run protection as long as they got some of the goods. They didn't even give a shit that the girls were 16/14 at the time either. God what a shit school i went to no wonder I was stupid enough to go into gambling.
