Imagine if BTP was only available to SBR Pro's....Still had the same weekly prize awards, but 75% less people in it. Imagine how many people would of became SBR Pro's just for that reason, if they would of advertised it correctly....Just a bunch of freeloaders here.

Sorry to hear you feel that way forloveofthegame. But I personally think it's a nice idea to change it up every so often. Not everyone knows the winning hopscotch team in the 1912 showdown between St Mary's and the Demons. And not everyone likes to cheat by Googling. So making trivia more PT friendly once in awhile is a nice change of pace in my opinion.

Luckily that $200 you used for your Pro membership was still yours to do with as you please so you didn't lose much?? by choosing to grace us fellow Pros with your presence for the past year. Because yeah, that'd truly suck if it was like you paid SBR that money or something and never got to bet it at all. Or buy gift cards, or sportsbook cash, or a pizza. With points. Like you have. GL.

Any SBR Pro who doesn't have a fairly broad scope of knowledge on the personal details of JJ Gold clearly isn't taking their posting serious enough.

I think a break might do you some good. Use the time to watch all of JJ's vintage videos and scan some of his classic posts, and hopefully you'll come back with a better understanding of what it means to be an SBR pro.

Not all Pros hang out in PT. So by offering non-sports related questions you give them no chance to win. Maybe you should offer an option when Trivia pops up. Do you want to play "Sports Trivia" today or do you want to play "Players Talk Posters Trivia".

And not all PT posters are complete sports trivia buffs or attempt to cheat. Many people complain about their sport trivia questions too. People are going to bitch regardless I think. And really, it's pretty fair that two out of the past however many trivias we've had since it's started have been geared toward 1. SBR and then 2. JJ. Really it just seems like people want to bitch for the sake of it. It's supposed to be fun. The 125 pts aren't an entitlement nor should trivia be relied on to put food on the table one night. FUN!!!

I think the people who get pissed about the fun stuff we try are the people who see pts a paycheck for using a sponsor. It kind of naturally works out since the program is paid for by sponsors who want actual users vs people who are cranky because they didn't meet their pizza quota for the month. If you come to a sports capping site from freebies.com and aren't interested in sports capping, it's not gonna be a good fit. Guys who are typing fack trivia as they're chewing on SBR pizza and shopping Amazon with their gift card probably shouldn't be Pros anyway.
