Some of you mouthbreathers really should not be gambling. Makes me want to get some pph software and open up shop.

Again, the Criminal Justice shows it's flaw. Davis had a Pope, Former FBI Directors, and even ex-President pleading for him to not be executed. When was the last time this happened. Including pro-claiming his innocence all the way to the end.

And we let some stupid hoe get away with killing her own kidNot only did she not get the death penalty, she enjoying her life on the streets to the fullest.

About time they ended him. Needs to be a 5 year max wait on death penalty and not a day more. Already have a prison population issue with overcrowding....let's free up those death row bunks asap!

Cliff Notes version of the court documents:
For decades, liberals tried persuading Americans to abolish the death penalty, using their usual argument: hysterical sobbing. Only when the media began lying about innocent people being executed did…

It's a sad day in this country when we execute someone based solely on eye witness testimony. Life without parole, sure. Death penalty, give me a fukkin break. We are not saying the guy should go free, we are simply pointing out that this is a clear misuse of capital punishment.
I would think that eyewitness testimony from 34 people would be more than enough to put anyone away. He did this with witnesses all around. Are we going to reward him because he knows how to hide a weapon well? Just because it doesn't have enough forensic evidence and DNA for a full one hour CSI episode, doesn't mean he should just be let off the hook from getting the just punishment he deserved under state law.

It took 20 years to get it done because that's how long it takes the government to do anything.
