I never heard of anything like this. Though I guess he is 8-0 with an ERA under 3.00 does seem kind of strange they are not using him

Is Liriano's car disabled? Why don't the Twins call AAA?

What a classless organisation the Twins are.

They are being very patient with him.

His agent is just being a cokksucker.

They are keeping his days of service down so they can get an extra year before he goes to arbitration. There is no legit baseball reason why he shouldn't be starting instead of Livan Hernandez.

well considering how he is always hurt, they should hold his ass down there and get another year out of him

by the way, seems to be happening a lot this year? I think Longoria started in AAA with that motive in mind, also Adam Lind was held down before he was initially called up for the same reason.

even if it is relief he is a monster in relief, but he should be starting though. He was the best pitcher in the majors before injury and is probably pretty much back

they have a bad ass pen
they are one game out of first
no reason to rush him back if he is coming off tj
plus keep his ass for an extra year of arbitration
                      why call him up?

Other than Joe Nathan he is an upgrade anywhere regardless of the Twins success, they are not attempting to win. He was better than Santana two years ago.

their pen is very good. why would you give up a year of arbitration when you are one game out? i am sure they are waiting for one more livan start

Either way, the player has no say in what level he should be playing at.

Was he bitching and moaning when they sent him down when his ERA was over 11.0????

The Twins are playing good baseball with the people they've got right now. They're on the hook for Livan's salary even if they cut him...
