you must frequent a bar if you want to find a local. they don't break legs anymore, but will put you on payments if you cannot pay (as long as you didn't beat them recently) and then stiffed. but they are very nice to their customers generally. they learn who and how you bet and profile you and adjust their lines accordingly.

Yup. Casinos and bars are the best places to get a local. Luckily i work with a guy that is a bookie so i just go through him.

Usually Tuesday is the settle day & it doesn't matter what the figure is. It's a weekly settlement like most locals. They use Pay Per Head online system. Legit. Won 20k one week they paid on Tuesday. Lost $1500 last weekend so paying tonight.

My bookie has a lot of whales as clients so even though I bet pretty decent, its not "big" for him....I've known him for a while and we have mutual respect so he's really lenient with me regarding payouts.....It's supposed to be one way or the other every Tuesday, but he will let me "settle" basically whenever. Sometimes if I'm up, I'll collect most of my money and hold a little as credit.....I feel that I bet better this way and don't have to "chase" losses

I've done that too. but sometimes i feel like i have money to back it up as deposit i seem to bet bigger than i should. which gets me stuck sometimes. but it is what it is. as long as u don't bury yourself. you should be fine.
