Sportsbooks that closed the bank over Baseball break??
Every year a few books try this little scam. They know without any games on the board more people are going think about a payout. At a time when action is already at its lowest level, some sportsbooks don't have the cash or want to give it up. These clowns always put the memo up the night or day before as if it was planned. It was more obvious during the eWallet and Neteller days when payouts would have been flat out stalled if it took three days. Sportsbook.com, BetUs and a few others were great at it. Now, the tactic is still alive but easier to hide.

BetMania is telling a player they can't process a $300 ** for 4 days because they are "upgrading."

WagerWeb falls in this category, because they too used the 3-day excuse.

I'm glad to be done with BetMania. They were slow to process nearly every one of my payouts.

I am pleased to see words like scam and clowns in the OP post.

Some of us tried to get word out on this in another thread but it got buried at the end of an old long thread that no one was likely to see. WW is more than a month behind on payout cheques and now they pull this new stall.

It is hard for me not to wonder if they are broke. They have been acting desperate and broke for awhile.

Not trying to hijack the thread to talk about this one case. Just trying to get the word out that people should stay away.

Totally agree with MUDCAT - Wagerweb sucks! These clowns should be out of business.
