alright. i bought a $100 gift card and deposited all into a book. but i was messing around and went on vitaminworld.com and bought a workout cup for $4.99 when i had no money in the **** gift card. i thought it wouldn't work until they gave me a tracking number. anyway i could be charged for it or will **** pay for it?

I agree. How could a gift card be any different to a debit card/atm card. If the money isn't there it won't give it to you. That said, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that you just got plain lucky.Comment -

Gift cards are a way for the little guy to stick it to the man!
Everyone probably has had it happen where you cancelled a membership or service where you discovered a moth later that the outfit is still billing you.You can't trust anyone these days because they are either inept or corrupt.
So,the best way to get back at these places is to sign up through depleted gift cards.I have probably gotten at least $1000 worth of trial memberships.etc.from a couple gift cards that had a few cents left on them.It's funny when you cancel a membership and you still get billed and they e-mail you the next month saying that they couldn't retrieve payment.You tell them,here is my cancellation confirmation number,why did you try charging me!!!!!!!!
It's like spy versus spy out there so get even and use tools like spent gift cards to put the screws to these outfits.Comment -
