My SBR Sportsbook has a -4 At Risk. WTF???

I sent Dax a PM but not sure if he is calling in sick as it was sent several hours ago and I wanna make some plays.
What the hell did I do wrong? All my plays that were pending yesterday won last night.
Now with the "At Risk" being -4, it won't allow me to submit my plays. Instead it idles me to an error message.
I hope I'm not the only one with this problem.

Okay.....now it has gotten worst.....
And if my calculations are correct and if you guys can do an audit on this, I should be at a balance of $353.24 and not what its showing in the screenshot. I really don't care, but points are points.
