I honestly dont think it would've mattered. The Eagles werent going to stop anybody. They allowed 5 TD's on 5 redzone possesions. Including last year and this year they now have the worst redzone defense in the history of the NFL. Kafka came in and went 7 for 8, what else can you ask? maclin dropped that last pass on his own. Perfectly thrown ball. It didnt matter if it was Kafka or Vick. I had the Eagles tonight and I never had a good feeling about it at any point in the game.Comment -

Yes and No. They were put in a very difficult situation. All things considered Vick being healthy there is no way Eagles lose that game.
Turns out Vick has a concussion.
Tough loss to take as a gambler, but for eagle fans and backers, they should not worry at all. Their D-line looked great, their lbs allowed one great run, their secondary once again was great.
And Vick when he played looked good, McCoy looked great.
Just one of those games where things just don't go your way. Congrats ATL you 'won' this one.

Well the first fumble is how to blame on Vick. He just got tackled hard at the right second and bam the ball comes out. He was trying to hand off to McCoy. Second fumble is basically equivalent to a QB throwing it up to end the half and it getting INT. Vick was just running around trying to make something happen late int he half, and got careless.
The other 'INT', wasn't even an INT, but Reid didn't challenge.
Vick over all played great IMO. There really isn't much you can say he did wrong.Comment -

Eagles lost because of defense. You guys can talk about what you think the Eagles had to do or not do with Kafka. Fact is he made all the throws he needed to and it was Maclin who dropped a perfect pass that would have kept a potential game winning drive going. None of that should have mattered. Defense had bottled Turner up all game and let him loose for one big play that turned into a scoring drive and then they could not stop Ryan and the receivers in the end.
Not to mention Vick turned the ball over so many times last night that they should have been up by 20+ when he got KO'ed.Comment -
