PS I deposited at 7pm called at 715 when funds didnt show up, they said 15 minutes which would of been 730 and now it is 8 so I called back and they said no eta, apologetic which was nice but basically said they will be there when they get there...........

Yah I know many people have had 0 issues ever with them, I just get frustrated when I try to get down a specific play I like and tie up funds for no reason, I have never had any problems with betjam but some people have, everyones experiences are independent and bookmaker is a good book compared to 90%, but they have not been all I expected, the casino play was my fault not theres even though it was kind of ridiculous and the fee is probably my bank charging not them, I am just pissed off basically about not getting in this play

I wish I would have read this before I made a deposit. I wanted to get in on the 1st inning score, but they told me I could not use the money or cancel the deposit. I will NEVER use them again!

Exactly TT it sucks!!!!!! and they won't even give me good faith credit even though every deposit I have ever made has went through successful

I could not believe that either. I have not used them in a while but I have had the account since they opened. I got on "live chat" and some idiot named Mario told me the deposit was good and I would be able to make the wager over the phone, but when I called in they basically told me to go to hell. I am done with those idiots for sure!

I liked it better when cris and BM were one in the same in neteller days never had a single problem back then and since then its just been a clusterfvck, I just want CS to be straight with me and it took 4 times for them to be forthcoming and apologize, first 3 peopkle gave me time frames that put it before the game and I was happy then 4th contact the guy was like it will be there when problems are resolved sir I am very sorry for the inconvenience which made me angry but I was happy to hear the truth, all the first rep had to do was say that and I woulda said fine fair enough

I would put them at about a B+ personally your money is safe there, and they have a ton of options but CS is mediocre, payouts not the most efficient, lines not top tier

I would play any book that are reliable and respect their customer, do what you say and say what you do. I don't might if it is A B C or D book, never have problem at all.

They have caught a lot of threads saying they need to improve cs. I mentioned it in the best sportsbook for CS thread 2 days ago.

But give the devil its due too. If you were to go crazy and run your balance up to 6 figures they would pay you without blinking.

The system being down right after your deposit is hard to swallow and will only be worse if your bet hits. I'd be pissed too. No one who tries out a book only to find they are down are going to give them a good rating. In the end players give their own grades.

Unfortunately the processing standard isn't what is was just over a year ago in the Neteller days like you mentioned. CRIS is still the grandaddy of sportsbooks that offer high limits and pay any amount. It's as safe as any, even saving players from other books. For the big bettor who is going to bet early lines and ride his balance CRIS is their top book.

I did not say they would not pay me when I withdrew my money. What I said was they have HORRIBLE customer service. The reason they are used by people on this board is because they pay you your money (although they were a pain in th a_s the first time) and take business from the USA. I don't understand why you give them an A+. If Pinnacle is an A+, Bookmaker is a B. IMO

By the way SBR_ John I apologize for saying Bookmaker paid you off for the A+ rating. Two years ago I wrote you about the fact that Sportbet.com would not pay me what I had in my account (because they made up some BULL that I was cheating) and you and Bill Dozer contacted them and they paid me the money right away. I doubt you remember that but I will always be grateful to both of you. I am just pissed off at Bookmaker and believe they are overrated.

Bookmaker has high limits, great loyalty program, and a wide variety of sports to bet on. No use for them during baseball season, but i'll have money in there as soon as football kicks off.

never failed me once using this method

as far as using CC I havent made that attempt since neteller went down for the US...or since the gambling law...take ur pick
