I'm pissed off at Microsoft
I'm a big fan of the Xbox 360......when it works.
Just got off the phone with a call center rep from India. I'm replacing my 3rd Xbox today.....for free, but thats not the point. My son is already on his second console. Everyone I know who has a 360......has had to ship out for a new one at least once. Are you f!@#ing kidding me?
It's become not a matter of if your 360 will sh1t the bed......but when.
Did some research, a few companies have tested thousands of 360 due to all the complaints. In some cases they have a fail rate of +30%.
Those aren't good odds for electronic devices. Normal range is 2% - 5%.
