okay before a fight starts, the ref will say box and the fighters will touch gloves

Alot also do this each round.

Okay ,, now for my question


Couldnt someone do what mayweather did tonight, not touch gloves and punch the guy

Basically thats what mayweather did. Something is up, the ref wasn't looking

did they even touch gloves or he ref say box?

Me vs duece sbr boxing match. Ref says get it on , box. I stick my gloves out and as he is trying to touch mine. I knock him out

The referee in this fight is known to make very questionable decisions. He should've lost his job a long time ago.

im not sure ortiz didnt throw this fight. he said something to floyd and then stood there waiting to get knocked out. and then he didnt seem to pissed after the fight. id be batshit crazy if someone sucker punched me. i wouldnt be hugging him after the fight. its like he purposely headbutted, made it obvious, so floyd would have a reason to sucker punch, more of an alibi.

No you don't have to touch gloves every round, most don't. The referee will only do it at the start of the fight and at the start of the last round. It's up to the fighters if they want to touch gloves or not.....it's about sportsmanship.
