That is what Harvey in live chat told me. I specifically asked what happens if game starts after midnight. RBW doesn't have the scheduled date rule listed for football in their rules.

Oak St would of won by 30! National televised game to boost ratings and ranking. Tulsa has no shot at covering! At the point don't see this game played and all wagers returned.

It's field turf and Jeremy Bloom said the field is fine and shouldn't be an issue unless it starts raining again.

I'm shocked it's been delayed this long. It's only been sprinkling for the last hour and a half and the storm wasn't even that bad. We deal with tornadoes all the time here and they're going to delay a football game three hours??? Are you kidding me?

I expected Oklahoma State to show of their offense since it was a nationally televised game but now I feel like they just try to get the game over with as quickly as possible. I can't see how they could possibly be pumped up to play Tulsa at 12:15 a.m. especially since they play A&M next week.

I wish I could get out of my Oklahoma State bet and goto bed.

The rule was always in place for college sports and was strongly enforced during baseball games however, you are right. Their has been a lot of these types of delays thing year thus far but then again it's been a strange years of weather in the U.S.

i heard some kid actually got struck by lightning at practice somewhere, not sure if it was fatal (is there such thing as a non-fatal lightning strike?) but i think that's where all this bullshit came from. i think the rule is within a 6 mile radius, if any lightning strikes...i mean, jesus christ, 6 miles? considering all the thousands of games over time that have safely been played in the rain...
