Other than the big three. (Eog SBR and the Rx) what other forums have high traffic.

They have a different budget, been around longer, focus more on stat stuff, databases etc. Their forum itself, although active, has always been kind of an afterthought for me. Layout of the board sucks too.

How about the ESPN and CBS Sportsline forums are they any good at all?

Covers 1 but the gap is narrowing. They have done an excellent job overall.
SBR 2 with the current growth rates should make a run covers next year. SBR has strong traffic in lines, reviews and free picks. Covers has huge forum, stats and wagerline traffic. Be a good two horse race from here.
Rx 3 still number 1 in some of the sports forums. One could say the Rx and SBR are tied in the forum category. Unlike covers and SBR, the Rx has no other traffic generators.
EOG 4 60 and up to 70% of all activety there is paid posters, strip them out and not a lot going on. Their compete.com chart shows they have declined by 80% in last 12 months. Like the Rx, EOG is a one trick pony with just a forum and no other content to attract visitors.
MW 5 not far behind the EOG in real posters but forum continues to fade as ownership there is focusing elsewhere. Articles still very good.

Hell, I've honestly never even heard of their forums if that tells you anything.

I wish SBR would buy Majorwager, Rusty does not care anymore about place and they have like 10 solid guys there that post daily for years, we can use them.
Welcome to Gaia's forums, where millions of members gather to discuss random stuff, make new friends, complain about life, argue about nothing, laugh at dumb pictures, discuss serious issues and/or curse like sailors.

I use the ESPN "conversations" sometimes to talk hockey while I'm at work, but other than that, they are weak. Plus they aren't actual forums.

Gamblers Exchange was TKO'd. Always liked Reno. A lot of guys did and a few didnt. He leaped out to start his own forum but it never gained momentum.

The forums at Covers are sterile, can't understand why they so populated. MW still has some of the best articles about the industry, gambling related arrests.....stuff like that.

Johnny I had a forum and was doing ok until Kenny pulled the plug on funding it, I remember he mentioned me on some vegas radio show.
Johnny I banned your ass there and you have a lifetime ban.
