Unfortunately it is all too common, they don't have a lot of financial sense. You see the same issues with poor folks who win million in the lottery and are broke years later.

What dream? He got married is now divorced and can't pay support for his kids, he lives with his parents and has no income or work skills to enter the market. You know everyone's dream at 35. Being broke, can't pay for kids, don't have a job and living with parents.
