Hamilton No Action Bet Ruling?

Bets on the semifinal round were graded no action because he did not take 10 outs. To me this is not fair especially when the line reflected the possibility at closing. Closed 0-5 home runs -141. Also bets heads up against Lance Berkman were no action.
