So basically I am going to take that name, guy is 45 years old and clean report of never working, no taxes, ect. I have a clean slate of credit, ect, ....

Any negs to this? My credit now is bad, I owe lots of money too so that all will be wiped out because they will never found the guy . ( The old me)

I am going to move to another area with new identity

I don't know JJ, maybe it's just me, but I would think that a 45-yr-old dude whose records indicated he had NEVER paid any taxes just might raise a red flag with one government agency or another.

With starting over, you will be getting about $100/week when all is said and done in 15-20 years.... then again social security could be broke by then. But it is something to consider.....

I'm trying to decide what has the most chance of being a false statement, the fact JJ has the new identity of a Mr. Mom or the likelihood he's paid much into Social Security?
