4 games cards/phils played - worley, oswalt, hamels, and holliday pitched. Every big gun (except for howard) played in all 4 games. Howard only played in game 3. Go back and look at the box scores. man...it's kind of sick how close he has been to going 100runs 100rbis and .300 avg every year of his career. One year 99 runs, this year 99 RBIs, and hit .299. The rest he cleared it; crazy stats for 11 years. I wish he could have gotten there for each.

I'm happy my cards got in. It looks like the pitching matchups are:

Halladay v lohse
lee v jackson
Hamels v Carpenter
X v Garcia

Carpenter is as good as anybody. Lohse, garcia and Jackson have the potential to throw well. I can see Carp and garcia winning those home games. No reason they would need to see halladay/lee twice in a three win series. The cardinals have run scoring potential. If the cardinals can grab one of the first two games this series could be much closer than the odds are telling. No way they roll over and die... too much pride, especially if our left fielder is healthy.

and if they don't win I still made a future bet on texas before the season started
