i think that was another reason people took rafa. the old "theres no way he can lose 6 times in a row to him" thinking.

I can see using that reasoning after he went 2-0, 3-0 against him but any more than that it becomes obvious that Nadal can't beat him.

i also think that the line of +150 or there abouts put the thought of "hey the books think this can go either way. i'll take the + money guy" in peoples heads.

Yea, this is the old Martingale style thinking and probably the reason he wasnt +250 like he should've been, ppl will keep betting Nadal at +150 even though hes 6-0, oh he cant lose 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 in a row
