I made a wager over the phone somehow I'm guessing if I win that wager, it will get lost in the system. But if its a loser you better believe they'll grade it.

This is such a joke. I don't bet often but wanted to place a couple wagers here. I usually play poker here and although the software is GOD AWFUL I did receive a wire transfer from them without any problems. They had a somewhat decent image in my mind with the customer support but after all of this, it really makes me question whether I want to continue with them. BACK UP YOUR FUC KING SERVERS

I have been having issues just trying to place a wager. They sign me out all the time, and I can't check on my pending wagers without being singed out as well. This book has had a few black eyes. At least I CAN'T get any action on the early NFL games. JOKE

I noticed the server was down at 10:30am. I thought well I'll try back in a couple of hours. And like all of you I am pissed off and dumbfounded at how these "techs" can't fix this or why you don't have a mirror. I work in IT and I have servers that cluster over in fail over situations.

My piece of mind to Betonline: Instead of throwing money at Jenn Sterger build a mirror.

I was also disconnected talking to someone on the wagering line. I could not understand him, so I said "pardon me" and the line disconnected. This is before I gave him my userid so I haven't lost any wagers, but it did make me not want to call them back in fear that we would be disconnected in the middle of a wager. And having said this, I do want to say I have been using betonline for years and I have always liked them overall, but having their service unavailable on opening day seems unacceptable to me.

BBD said it was their ISP, so I get that it is kind of out of BOL's control to restore it. But shame on them for not having a backup ISP in first place.

JoeVig, problem is you can never believe what Betonline says. Beside the fact as you said, they should have backup for their backups. Its an extremely cocky/dumb attitude to not have back up servers/ISP as something like this could happen. Think of all the money they are losing by not being open on NFL opening day, so so dumb.
