Breakfast burritos with fried potatoes and onions, sausage, peppers and cheese

Snacks for pre game Jalapeno pepper poppers wth pepper jelly, Pita bread with hummus veggies and dip Beer and jack and coke for drinks.
Lunch around halftime I made a big pot roast for french dip/Italian beefs sandwiches and veggies w/dip
Watch late games drinking beer and Jack and coke
Half time of late games we are going to a nice mexican place for Margaritas and light dinner.
Cowboys Jets game will be beer and left overs from the day.
That will be my day tomorrow.

Yeah, I was laid off months back and took a job in a private club cooking full time and picking up some bartending shifts here and there. Not ideal, but it's a steady paycheck and hours galore. Once the season ends around mid-November, I'll get back to serious job searching in my field. Also, yes...I have my Series 7 and Series 66 (along with Life/Health/Accident Insurance licenses).
Just gotta keep paying the bills and weather the storm
