You mean the guy that wasn't good enough to separate himself from Dayne Crist to earn the starting job from the get-go?

Jesus Cripes.
Rees probably isn't even the best QB on his team.
The only reason he is going to Rees is because Golson and Hendrix aren't ready yet.

We will see.
LT, I respect your opinion, but it looks like Rees did beat him out. Normally you don't make a permanent qb change after 1 half.
Time will tell.

Cris is like 4 years older than Rees and solid in his own right.
Kelly is old school and let the more veteran player take the snaps until he could switch to his ace

Moore is one of the best college QBs ever, but I don't think he will be a star in the NFL. He suffers from Doug Flutie disease.

Weeden from OK State....Andrew Luck at Stanford....Keenum at Houston all better than this kid. What the hell are you smokin'?
He's not even solidly the best QB on his own team...and they are no OU or Bama or Fla St.

I agree. I was only talking from a CFB perspective. At this level, he's be phenomenal for a long time. Rees will not match his stats or impact (no matter how well Rees plays in his career).

Big 12 always has good QB's. Just thinking recently they've had Sam Bradford, Colt McCoy, Vince Young, Josh Freeman, Blaine Gabbert, Brad Smith, Obviously the three in your list with Weeden, Jones and RG3. Not bad for a conference that likely won't exist in 2-3 years.

The way he reads the defense is what makes him special. That and where he puts the ball. An automatic extra 4-5 yards after the catch

No, Moore is a very good college QB, he's not in the class of these college QB's
In no order
Charlie Ward
Tommy Frazier
Roger Staubach
John Elway
and 20 more before you even get to Moore as a thought.

Fukk Reese, he's nowhere near a top 3 QB, probably not even a top 10 QB. Two picks and he basically threw the ball into the Michigan huddle both times. Three Michigan defenders around one receiver both times. Guy is slow making decisions and makes bad decisions anyhow. He will get better throughout the season and especially next year but right now fukk him.

You cant agree that he doesn't throw well on the run and say he's a top 3 qb. Top qb's don't have to be mobile but they can roll out and throw the ball.
