I don't think that the ASU receivers Are going to get as wide open as they were vs Missouri. ASU doesn't have that great of an offense Missouri just has a terrible defense.

Thought we'd see a higher scoring affair, Illinois defense better than I thought. The offense has a lot more potential. Illinois a lot of very winnable games on the schedule. I think they go 10-2, or 9-3 at worst.

Should Illinois be ranked now?

yeah i know dude, the D was UNREAL and that scheudle stacks up nicely for us...only time will tell BUT I LOVE WHAT IM SEEING...i think we can get to 6-0 going into the osu game theyre not that good either and we get em at home so who knows, can truly see this team go undefeated or at worst, a loss to wisky as only flaw

western michigan next week will be tough, theyre solid, but then we get NW who without persa is nothing but he may be back that game, but if we get pressure on him like today, its over, then we get indiana who is nothing special and gives up TONS of points.....the osu and purdue, both winnable but at worst 1-1 in those 2 and sitting 7-1 going into week #9 and in the teens in the polls

Very plausible scenario. I think they should end up in a very good bowl game and ranked in the top 15 to 20.
