Thats funny, I bet he heard that music and that question about the two match points from last year and hit the roof. Fed is just so unemotional , you never know what he is feeling.

I agree eagles, you so rarely see Fed yelling or losing his temper, the guy is a class act. The two match points is a horrible streak, I really thought the way he was playing this tourney, if he got by nole he would beat murray or nadal.

i just wanted a federer nadal final. we're not gonna get too many more of those, and when Federer is done, everyone is going to realize how huge of a loss it is to the sport. There has never been anyone like him and never will be again

LOL Of course he was lucky with that hit... not that it was the first time he managed to pull something like that off, but he was lucky considering the circumstances (40-15). But all in all, the guy had to win 3 consecutive sets in a row... so you better not say he did not deserve to win the game lmao. All Federer needed was one single set out of three, and he failed. Knowing that, did he really deserve to win more than Djokovic? Come on now, be serious

Nadal is the best match-up for him to get to a final because Rafa's serve is beatable. Part of my theory of a full 360 for the person who gets their ass beatdown in the Australian final. Takes you most of the year to return mentally and the US Open is the time when your game crests if you are able to pull it all together. I want to see him get a 2nd shot at Djokovic in a Slam final to see if he has come back or not. Makes for a good story to me at least.
