I like to check in at least a few times to clear up any questions and keep SBR members updated on any news , I find that more beneficial to the board and Betislands account holders other than not showing up at all.

Betislands is built on CS and client satisfaction if there is a delay it is our duty to explain to the OP why the reason of it. Communication between sportsbook and player is fundamental in running a friendly shop.
