the main thing here is that IF you are still looking at the lines and watching games and saying, if i would have bet, i'd have NYY and BOS, etc.. or if you watch the games still and see if you would have lost or not, THEN YOU HAVENT REALLY QUIT..
QUITTING GAMBLING MEANS YOU MUST GET IT OUT OF YOUR HEAD COMPLETELY.. THE DRUG HAS TO LEAVE YOUR BODY COMPLETELY.
by tracking lines and seeing how you would have done means you are still getting the rush, which is like you never quit.
quitting means, you get out of the house and go out to eat, or watch a movie, or watch Seinfeld and never putting on CBS sportsline for scores..
so have you followed any of the games or lines? or was your mind completely elsewhere the last few days?
