#7At first I thought this was a cash advance fee on your CC, but if it's a debit I've never personally had any kind of fees tacked on for any purchase gambling or otherwise. All I can wonder is if it's maybe something your particular debit card issuer is doing? You should check on that end before involving the book further with printouts etc.Comment -

#9Why is that? The reason why I am asking this because I belive that is not cash "in hand" rather there is waiting period. The fees assocaited with a cash advance are partly due to the CC being "out of the money" at the time of the transactionOriginally posted by bigboydanI hope they charge it as a cash advance type transaction.Comment -

#10Yah they said they would but its not worth it send in bank statement and all that hoopla for a few bucks it may or may not be bookmakers fault but like i said my Debit card has never been charged anything extra ever before???? maybe the processor BM uses does not want to cover the fees? not sure not stressing it too much just pisses me off to see extra money go missing I would of paid the fee had i known there was one either way but when i dont know and it shows up it seems like a cheap way to get cheated out of a few bucks which adds up in the long runComment -

#11Yeah I had it happen to me too and it was called an "International Transaction Fee" on my statement... BookMaker is not the only one that does it... I would also say it's the bank not the book regardless of what the bank CS Reps. tell you...Originally posted by crazylAt first I thought this was a cash advance fee on your CC, but if it's a debit I've never personally had any kind of fees tacked on for any purchase gambling or otherwise. #13Thats why they charge that fee because they know most people won't even bother. Bookmaker makes money hand over fist.Originally posted by topgame85Yah they said they would but its not worth it send in bank statement and all that hoopla for a few bucks it may or may not be bookmakers fault but like i said my Debit card has never been charged anything extra ever before???? maybe the processor BM uses does not want to cover the fees? not sure not stressing it too much just pisses me off to see extra money go missing I would of paid the fee had i known there was one either way but when i dont know and it shows up it seems like a cheap way to get cheated out of a few bucks which adds up in the long runComment -
