It has been awhile since I have used this function of SBR but I am pretty sure that I remember that you could see the percentages of who was taking which team.

Is this feature available? If not, where is the best place to look to find out which teams the general public is backing?

You can use http://Odds.SBRforum.com to see line history. New Odds is on the surgeon's table with that feature, and should be fully restored in September.
