Payouts as follows:

3500 Point Pool

Division Winners = 150 Points (2 Divisions = 300 Total Points)
High Scoring Week = 50 Points (13 Weeks * 50 Pts = 650 Points Total)

Playoff Champion = 1500 Pts
Playoff 2nd place = 750 Pts
Playoff 3rd place = 250 Pts

(we can negotiate this, but this is what we will go with for now)
