I like the saints tonight to cover. I know the packers are the offensive power house, but the same packers that won the super bowl also went 10-6 in the regular season, and this is also the same packers team that didn't call practice during the strike. This is also the same drew brees. Yes they won't have some weapon but this is the same Drew Brees that spreads his offense and distributes evenly. That's what makes the Saints so dangerous is that brees distributes evenly.. I'll take a small chance tonight with Brees and the Saints.

9/11 Sunday Plays:
ST. Louis Rams +4.5 -115 for 2 Units
Currently Most books have them at +3.5, BetOnline shows 4 and bodog 4.5. I'd wait to get this at +4 and I expect it to hit at + 4 at most books by kick off. I like the Rams to cover today and possibly win out right. I like where the Rams are headed and this is a big game for them. I wasn't all to impressed with Vick and with him coming off that big contract signing that got him back to his "status" after the whole dog fight incident, there's a small chance for him to come out a little flat today. Steve Spagnulo is a defensive coach coming from the Giants and I expect him to do just that. He's very familiar with the eagles and will know how to defend against the eagles.. A back door cover is very possible as well.
Titans +1 +100 for 2 unit
I've won a unit or two with the Titans this preseason and I liked what I saw, besides the whole CJ controversy, Titans have a very good defense, and for all you Fantasy players, Titans defense can put up some good points today against a flat Jacksonville team. With Gerrard gone and MJD being frail and him having more split carries, I expect Titans to be hungry on Defense and from CJ to show why he's worth that contract money!
Giants -2.5 -102 for 1 unit
I like the Giants today as this is a great value. Giants traditionally play very well against the Redskins and it'll be an emotinal day with the 9/11.. I can see this being a high scoring game but I fully expect the Giants to come out on top. Giants haven't really been very good during preseason and it's quite possible for Giants to start out slow, but once the pace is picked up I expect giants to come out on top of this battle by atleast 6.
Arizona -6.5 -108 for 1 unit
I've always like Kevin Kolb and he's a very mobile QB.. Panthers.. HAH! Panthers... away... First season... Worth 1 unit... All that needs to be said..

Cleveland Browns and Indy colts making their lines:
Browns -.5/Indy +15
I like this teaser alot and browns and bengals have good rivalry and I really think Browns will win out right so getting it to -.5 is a huge plus. Kerry Collins has usually played very well against the texans and even though Indy doesn't have Manning, Texans probably won't be with Arian Foster today, and Collins still has his weapons around him and the old veteran Joseph Addai may be able to help him out by opening up some room.. I feel this is a good teaser and it's worth throwing a unit down!
